Josephine Colino left this earth peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2006, in Boulder, CO. She was born to Salvatore and Josephine Cipolla on May 31, 1917. She married Anthony Colino in 1940 and made their home in E. Rochester. Josephine resided in Colorado her last years, just enjoying life.
She loved to read, attended cooking classes, and assisted in activities with toddlers at a local daycare. Her most recent past-time has been spending time with her 16 month old great-grandson, Anthony. They had lots of fun together. We will all remember her for her warm welcome & generosity at her kitchen table.
She is predeceased by her husband, Anthony Colino and son, Dennis Colino. She is survived by her children, Anthony and Richard Colino of NY, and Marlena Leach of CO; 11 grandchildren; great-grandchildren & many other close family.
Family and friends may call Saturday, December 2nd, 4-6 at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 A.M. at St. Jerome Church, 207 South Garfield St. East Rochester. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care, 2594 Trailridge Dr., East Lafayette, CO 80026.
