Peacefully passed away on, July 28, 2022 at the age of 85.
Predeceased by her parents Adolphe & Beatrice Carter, & grandson Lonnie.
She is survived by her Daughters, Debra Caleb & Patricia (Herbert)Latham, grandchildren, Anthony (Terra) Caleb, Jerome & Brandy Wynn, Tamaira, Connie & Malik (Autumn) Day, Aryrias (Steven) Murphy & 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren. Joyce was a devoted member of Northside Church of Christ with many brothers & sisters in faith.
Family & friends may call Thursday August 4th at New Cremation and Funerals 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Rochester, New York 14626 at 10AM, a service will begin at 11AM with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
