Joyce M. Wagstaff

Joyce Wagstaff, born on November 10, 1946, in Rochester, NY, graced this world with her warmth and love throughout her life. A devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, she brought joy to all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

She is survived by her cherished children, son, Shawn Wagstaff and daughter, Stacey (John) Vito, who carry on her legacy with love and dedication. The light of her life will continue to shine brightly through her grandchildren, Brenden Wagstaff and Dominic Vito, who held a special place in her heart.

While Joyce’s spirit was robust, she now joins her loved ones who have preceded her, including her beloved husband, John C. Wagstaff, her partner, Walter Cook, her brother, James Stubbs, and her devoted parents, B. Ernest and Gladys Stubbs. Their memories remain interwoven with hers, a testament to a life filled with love that transcends time and space.

Joyce dedicated many years of her life to her career, retiring from IBEW Local #86. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor Joyce’s extraordinary journey. Private interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
