Judith P. Kenneweg, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on November 24, 1943, Judith was a vibrant soul who left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Judith and her high school sweetheart built a life together in Churchville, a place they proudly called home. Their love story was woven into the very fabric of their lives, as they constructed not just a house, but a sanctuary where family and love flourished.
A true family woman, Judith lived a full life surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she cherished dearly. Her capacity for love was boundless, nurturing her family's growth while creating a home filled with laughter and warm memories.
Judith's love for life was palpable, a guiding spark that illuminated her many roles. For many years, she worked for A Touch of Country Class in the village of Churchville, NY, where she shared her passion for flowers and embraced the beauty of nature. Together with her husband, they ventured into the world of business, creating Perennial Pastimes, a testament to their shared love for flora and the joy it brought to others.
Her adventurous spirit led her to become a dedicated member of the Swain Ski Patrol for over 25 years, where she formed lifelong friendships while sharing her love of skiing in the great outdoors. Outside of her professional and family commitments, Judith found joy in biking, often alongside friends in Europe, exploring new landscapes and experiencing different cultures with enthusiasm and delight.
Judith's legacy is one of love, joy, and passion. She will be profoundly missed, yet her spirit will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched. May her memory live on through the stories, laughter, and love that she so generously shared with the world.
