Julian was born in Poland on August 19, 1946 to the late Jan and Julianna Kiljan.
He is predeceased by his wife, Krystyna Kiljan, and his brother, Henryk Kiljan.
He is survived by his children, Piotr (Matylda) Kiljan, and Joanna (Daniel Kucharski) Kiljan, his grandchildren, Daniel Kiljan, his siblings, Wladyslaw Kiljan, and Dymtro Skrylnyk.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
