Rochester: Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, November 16th 2016 at age 86. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters, Jim Higgins, Bob Higgins, Jack Higgins, Mary Bryan, Frank Higgins, Martha Parks; son, Donald. Survived by son, David (Nancy Thompson) Smith; grandsons, Josh (Tiffany), Sean (Amanda), Michael Smith; sister, Molly (John) Sheehan; brother, Jerry (Barb) Higgins; many nieces & nephews.
