Predeceased by her mother, Barbara Lombardo.
She is survived by her husband, Ricardo Ortiz; son, Ryan (Colleen Schrader) Carra; son, Russell Cocchiara; daughter, Rachel (Adam) Frate; 8 grandchildren including Liliana who shared a special bond with her Gammy; siblings, Kerry (Thomas) Socha, Christopher Lombardo, John (Angelique) Lombardo; several nieces and nephews.
Kathy had run her own in home daycare for over 30 years called Kathy's Kids. She loved each one of the kids and their families that came into her care as if they were her own.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, April 17th 4-7PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard.
