Kathy was born July 10, 1943 and passed away at age 76 on May 13, 2020. Predeceased by her husband, Donald Webb and brother, William Connell. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Byer; brother, Walt Connell; nieces, Tammy Connell, Ann Fullerton, and Kelly Connell; nephews, Rick Connell, Bill Connell, along with many other loving extended nieces and nephews; cousins, Tom, John, Rick, Harold VanBortle, and Jeanne Shaw; along with many loving friends.
After a prolonged illness, Kathy, supported by her loving family passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her faithful companions Missy and Toby.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
