IRONDEQUOIT - Passed suddenly on March 8, 2019 at age 71.
He is survived by his daughter, Tanya M. Belluscio ; son, Kenneth H. Phillips Jr. and their mother, Sandra R. DiBenedetto-Nacy; son-in-law, Donald Belluscio; grandson, Toby N. Belluscio.
Ken served in the Army during Vietnam.
Family and friends may attend a Prayer Service 2PM Friday, March 15, 2019 at the All Saint's Mausoleum, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rochester.
