Suddenly passed away on, May 29, 2023 at the age of 43.
He is survived by his Spouse, Lyndsey J. Champion; Children, Aryonna, Layla & Raydin; parents, Marge & Charles Champion.
Kevin loved everyone, was an amazing chef, and loved his girls hard.
"An Awesome Chef" : For Kevin, cooking is often referred to as the symbiosis of science and art. The chef is skilled in both cooking and restaurant management. Kevin demonstrated exceptional capability for culinary science. Specifically, creativity, passion, quality, leadership, stress tolerance and refined taste.
As "An Awesome Chef", he was guided by creative freedom, impressive cuisines and dishes, self herb gardening, new techniques and recipes, and finally, stamina and perseverance. These culinary skills were shown off as an "Upstate New York Chef" in many areas including:

Kevin enjoyed traveling, and had an opportunity to experience many different cultures. Specifically, Australia, France, England, Scotland and Canada. He studied at the following institutions: Nazareth Hall Elementary, Rochester, NY; The Norman Howard School, Monroe County, NY; Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District, Honeoye Falls, NY; High School Chalon-Sur Saone, France; Aquinas Institute, Rochester, NY; Phelps Private School, Malvern, PA. These experiences shaped his life and career interest in culinary science. The latter was highly influence by the French culture and cuisine. Specific French Chefs that were inspirational: Chef Georges Blanc and Chef Jean Ducloux .
