Middlebrook; siblings, Cynthia Middlebrook, Ebony Dukes Wilcox, Jeremy Middlebrook, Tennille Middlebrook, Cedric Middlebrook, Jesse Coley, Lukata Cole, Jesse Middlebrooks, Sue Middlebrooks, Vonda Hawkins, Tasha Middlebrooks; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
