Passed away on May 8th, 2019 at the age of 93.
Predeceased by his wife, Genevieve Brozak and 5 siblings.
He is survived by his children, Daniel Brozak, Joseph (Debi) Brozak, Leonard Brozak Jr. and Nancy (Dean) Klein; grandchildren, John, Daniel, Mallory, Julia, Audrey and several, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Willie, Kristie and Melinda along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends on Sunday May 12th, 2019 from 4PM - 7PM, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday May 13th, At 10AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 1124 Hudson Ave, Rochester NY 14621.
Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
