Lenny proudly served our country in the United States Army and strongly encouraged others to follow along that path. An artist in his early years he enjoyed woodworking and drawing leading him into his work as a pressman. High school he played football and his love for the game remained loyal in his unwavering support of the Buffalo Bills and Syracuse Orangemen (football and basketball). His love for football knows no bounds as he avidly supported all his grandchildren in their youth sport careers.
Above all else, Leonard was a proud father and patriarch of his large family. Quick to be involved in all aspects of their lives and family functions. He could be found giving advice, playing euchre or sharing historical facts.
Family will receive friends Friday August 12th at noon with a memorial service at 1 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard.
