Rochester: (6/28/1934-2/15/2008) The Lord welcomed our mother home Feb. 15, 2008 at 11:20 A.M. Predeceased by husband, Gus & brother, Benjamin. Survived by son, Gus (Geraldine) Knight Jr.; daughters, Henrietta Knight, Linette (Thomas) Webb, Lillian K. (Ira) Faison, Cora (Horace) Allen, Johnniemae (Joel) Johnson & Rangie L. Bell, all of Roch., NY; 21 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild; sisters, Bertha Williams-Hill, Georgia Royal, Josephine Crosby of CA, Katherine (Mayford) Chandler of TN, Dorothy Jackson, & Altamese Robinson of FL, Juanita Murkey of AL; uncle, Henry Bradley; 3 brothers-in-law; 2 sisters-in-law of FL; cousins, nieces, nephews & friends.
Friends may attend calling hours 5-8 PM Fri. Feb. 22, at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM at Ebenezer Church, 174 Thurston Rd.
