Greece: Passed away Sunday, October 18, 2009 at age 56. She is predeceased by her parents, Charlotte & Allan Forest; aunt, Ann Dana. Survived by her guardian, Bette Galante; and daughter, Mary Rose Bovard; cousin, Barbara O'Connor; many cousins and friends; special friends and staff of Klem Road Day Program and friends and staff of the Gates Greece Townline Heritage Christian Home.
Memorial Services will be held Thursday, October 22nd at 10 AM at the Greece Baptist Church, 1230 Long Pond Rd. Private interment. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Heritage Christian Services, 349 W. Commercial St., Ste 2795, Rochester, NY 14445, Mary Cariola Children's Center, 1000 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14620 or to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620.
