Spencerport: Monday, September 27, 2010 at age 61. Survived by special companion, Owen Galland; mother, Elizabeth Schied; loving children, Michelle (Hob) Hazzan, Karen (Jason) Kirkey, Kristin (Mark) Leo, Brian (Dawn) Galland, Robin (Rob) Galland; 13 grand chicklings, 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sandie (Jim) Leahy, Kathie (Robert) Clarke, Beth (Ed) Grove; brothers, Richard (Sharon) and Dan (Mary) Schied; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, David Leo and father, Bernard Schied.
Family and friends may call Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 11 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport, NY. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Visiting Nurse Foundation (St. Ann's Palliative Care Unit), 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster, NY 14580 in Linda's memory.
