Ogden: Passed peacefully surrounded by loving family Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at age 49.
She is survived by her parents, Charles and Linda Koch; daughter, Sheila Kucak; brother, Chuckie Koch; many aunts, Maria (Gary) Holowka and Luba Davis; uncles, Joe (Janet) Koch, William Koch, Nick Olexenko; and many cousins.
Family will receive friends 4-7PM Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, New York.
A Funeral Mass will be held 10AM Thursday, October 20, 2016 at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 4100 Lyell Rd., Rochester, New York.
