Lois J. Austin

Lois J. Austin, born on July 31, 1951, in Catonsville, Maryland, passed away on September 18, 2024 in Greece, New York, leaving behind a legacy defined by her giving nature and commitment to paying it forward.

Lois was cherished by many for her warm personality and unwavering kindness. She touched the lives of those around her, inspiring generations with her belief in the importance of generosity and compassion. A devoted mother and grandmother, her family was her pride and joy. She is survived by her two beloved sons, David Baker-Austin and Matthew (Jennifer) Baker-Austin, who carry forward her spirit of kindness. Lois was also a devoted grandmother to Faith and Frank Baker-Austin, who were the light of her life.

In addition to her family, Lois had a circle of friends who knew her for her warmth and the joy she brought into their lives. Lisa, Alice, and Karen were among those who stood by her side, sharing in her laughter and supporting her through life's journey.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and her parents, Philo and Jean Baker. Their memories remain a part of her legacy, cherished by her family as they celebrate her life.

As we remember Lois, we invite her loved ones to gather during the Christmas season, sharing moments that bring smiles and joyful reminiscences, honoring her spirit and the love she imparted.
