Spencerport/Gates: Passed peacefully Wednesday March 4, 2009 at age 87. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, John; son, David (Susan) Weber; sister, Dorothy Hittle; sister-in-law, Charlotte Black; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jane was a Supervisor at the Ogden Telephone Company. She was a Certified Dental Assistant and Associate in the office of David W. Sand, DDS. Jane was a Deputy Town Clerk for the town of Ogden and was active in the Park Ridge Hospital Auxiliary.
Family and friends may attend calling hours 2-4 PM Sunday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment, Irondequoit Cemetery. Donations in her name may be made to the Unity Health Foundation, 1555 Long Pond Rd., Rochester, NY 14626.
