Rochester: Thursday, June 28, 2007. Predeceased by his mother, Lottie; uncle, Jeff Shelton; granddaughter, Coi and brother, Clarence Morgan. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Sungchi; daughters, Nancy and Maysha Shelton; grandchildren, Louis Shelton, Jr., Garrison Shelton, Caiza Shelton-Jackson; sisters, Wanda Jean Morgan, Anniae (Truna) Samuel; brothers, Lain, John Henry and Ronald Morgan; several nieces and nephews. Louis retired from the United States Air Force after serving for 23 years and was a Supervisor at the Jefferson Road Post Office for over 19 years.
Family and friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 at The New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 12 Noon. Officiating Rev. George Lee McKnight. Interment Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Journey Home, 994 Long Pond Rd., Rochester, NY 14626.
