Made her transition on November 14, 2022 in Rochester, NY at the age of 72. After many years of pain and suffering, Louisa is at peace.
Louisa was preceded in death by her parents Jennifer and Louis DeSanctis.
Louisa is survived by her brother Michael (Jeannie); sisters, Jennifer Anne (David), Francesca (Larry Joe); nieces Danielle, Samantha, Veronica, Libby, & Scarlett; nephew, Noah; great nephews, Austin, Colton, & Jameson; & great niece, Josie.
Louisa loved Elvis, tattoos, cats, children, orange tiger lilies, her soaps, native Americans, Corvettes, and motorcycles. She was a generous friend who put her loved ones first. Louisa had no children of her own, so her sibling's and niece's children became her world. After a car accident in 1980, that left Louisa disabled, these children became her life.
Louisa once loved bar-tending and waitressing and was superb in these roles. It saddened her very much not to be able to work again, but she remained a dynamo for many years never letting her injuries keep her down!
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Condolences, at this time, can be sent to jenniferdesanctisnarby@gmail.com to be shared with the rest of the family.
