Lucille J. Weed

GREECE, NY- June 21st, 2024, Lucille J. Weed passed away peacefully at the age of 94, with her daughters by her side at the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in Greece, NY.

She was born in Rochester, NY on May 1, 1930.

Lucille was an avid book reader and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. She was a member of the local Red Hat Society for many years. Lucille enjoyed traveling, Betty Boop and butterscotch candies.

Lucille was a proud Great, Great Grandmother.

Lucille was predeceased by her parents, her 6 siblings, her husband Derryl M. Weed and her youngest daughter Tracy Weed.

She is survived by her daughters, Christine (Christopher) McNally and Sheila Weed (Wayne LaVine). Her grandchildren include Ryan McNally (Carrie Guarino), Daniel McNally, Stephen (Natalie) McNally, Kevin (Alisha) McNally, Kendra Lanty (Todd Guerin) and Collin Lanty.
Her Great Grandchildren are William, Abigail and Ethan McNally, Alivia (Gerardo) Nunez, Madaline and Sabrina McNally, Ava and Emma McNally, and 2 more on the way. Lucille is also survived by Great Great Grandchild Luca Nunez and there is one more on the way.
She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Elderwood Village at Greece for their wonderful care where she lived for the last 18 months. A special thank you also to the staff at the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center for their compassionate care in her final days.

Family and friends may call 4-7pm Thursday, June 27, 2024 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment beside her husband and daughter will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Lake Avenue.
