ROCHESTER- Luigi Inglese, 100, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.
Luigi was born in Pescina, Italy on June 21, 1921 to the late Lauro and Concetta Inglese. In 1951 he married the love of his life, Luisa. They were married until her passing in 2013. Luigi worked as a tailor at various places over his career. He will be remembered for his love of soccer, skiing, gardening, and music. His passion in life was his family.
He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Luisa.
He is survived by his children, Remo (Patricia) Inglese, and Carlo (Nancy) Inglese, his grandchildren, Chiara (Stefano) Inglese-Pol, Luke, and Carlo (Kristen) Jr.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY 14609, on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, from 4pm-7:30pm, with a prayer service and time for eulogies to immediately follow. Burial will be held at Irondequoit Cemetery, on Wednesday, January 19, at 10am.
