Lydia B. Clancy

Predeceased by her loving husband in August, Eugene W. Clancy. Brother, Christopher Bayoneta. 

Survived by her sons, William, Eugene and Thomas, two grandchildren Josie and Nicolai. Sister, Judith (Cayo) Baez, Vivian (Robert) Calavera. Brother, Solomon Bayoneta, David (Susan) Bayoneta. Many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Lydia attended Pomeroy College of Nursing at Crouse-Irving Hospital in East Syracuse, where she met her husband Eugene of 59 years in marriage. She was born in the Philippines, migrating to the United States in 1950's with her family. Eugene attended Syracuse University in an undergraduate program where they both met and began dating. She worked as an LPN for the Jewish Home, MCH and the Episcopal Church Home. She will be sadly missed by all that knew her.

The family will receive friends 2-3:30 pm Saturday, January 11, 2025 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (corner of Long Pond Rd.)  The family will share memories beginning at 3:30 pm. Interment is private in Hunt's Hollow Cemetery, Hunt, NY.
