Lynette Littrell Schuler , R.N

September 27, 1944 — November 6, 2021

Passed away peacefully on November 6, 2021 at the age of 77.
Predeceased by her parents Roland & Gretchen Littrell; her in-laws Lloyd & Mary Schuler; her beloved siblings Patricia Baker & Roland R. Littrell, and the love of her life Dennis P. Schuler, Esq.

Lynette grew up in Ft. Plain, NY, and there developed her love of nature and the mountains. She attended University of Buffalo School of Nursing and graduated from Hackensack School of Nursing. She was an emergency room nurse at Park Ridge Hospital for twenty years and then the Director of Nursing at Latta Rd. Nursing Home. Lynette loved being a nurse and was always a strong advocate for her patients.

Lynette loved her Braddock Bay, hiking and kayaking every fall in Oregon, snow shoeing in Lake Placid, gardening, making albums and afghans for her grandbabes, and sipping wine while watching the geese on Braddock Bay. And of course - the Buffalo Bills, the Oregon Ducks, and the Boston Red Sox.

Lynette is survived by her three sons and her beautiful daughters-in-law Dennis (Lisa), Matthew (Margaret), Chris (Mandy) and the joys of her life – Olivia, Lexi Lynn, Zachary Dennis, Madison, Molly, and Sophie Gretchen. Grandma Nettie will always watch over them and they will always remember Wednesdays at G. Nettie's. Nettie is also survived by her best friends and siblings Dawn Hanifan, Jackson (Mary) Littrell, Tom Baker, Alan (Diane) Littrell, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

To celebrate Nettie's life – plant a garden, listen to the ocean roar, sip some good red wine, and play Neil Diamond and Springsteen. Rejoice in the sunrise and sunset and embrace each new day. And…if you're afraid of the dark, remember the night rainbow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital.
