Maida was a Born Again Christian and eager to be with Jesus and see her family and friends again.
Maida was predeceased by her father and mother, Ford Tarbox and Helen Waite. Brother, Donald Tarbox. Sister, Romana Secondino. Her first husband, Jack A. Burgess Jr. Niece, Bonnie Osgood and husband Eugene A Crandall.
She is survived by her stepchildren, Jennifer Lessard, John (Cindy) Crandall. Step grandchildren, Ellen Rouse and Shane Crandall. Nieces and nephews Linda (Robert) Taylor, James Secondino, Scott (Stacy) Tarbox. Sister in law and brothers-in-law, many friends.
Maida was an avid animal lover and rescued many dogs and cats and re homed them. She was a former member of the Animal Service League, and other rescue groups. Maida was a legal secretary/paralegal with the Trevett Law Firm for 42 years.
Family and friends may call 3:00 -6:00pm Thursday May 23, 2024 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (GREECE LOCATION). A funeral service will follow visitation in the funeral home chapel at 6pm. Interment is private.
