He is predeceased by his grandmothers, Brenda McInnis & Jill Becker.
Malakai is survived by his mother Yvette (Chris) Nevison; father Jason ( Laura) Smith; siblings, Tajmin, Lucianna & Xavion; grandparents, Albert Chin & Marlene Nevison; uncles, Benji Chin & Greg Smith, many other aunts & uncles and a host of cousins.
Malakai was a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.
He always had a smile or was full of laughter.
Malakai marched to the beat of his own drum.
He will be missed by many.
