Was born May 21, 1943 in Swansea, SC to the paretage of the late Mr. Emanuel Riley and the late Lou Queen Salley-Riley. Manuel came to Rochester, NY with his devoted wife, the late Mary Jane Riley in 1966 from Tildenville, FL/New York City. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by 2 children, Emanuel Riley and Manuel Dwayne Riley. He was a proud father of Janet Fleming of Rochester, NY, Jacqueline Johnson of Rochester, NY, Manuel Jr. (Laurie) of Rochester, NY, Michael (Rhonda) Riley of Kingston, NY; daughter-in-law Rose Riley of Rochester, NY.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 16th from 6-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 17th from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
