Marianne Rose Civiletti

Marianne Rose Civiletti, a beloved resident of Rochester, New York, passed away on May 28, 2024, at the age of 64. She was born in Rochester on January 7, 1960, and is a Graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School in 1978. Marianne is predeceased by her parents, Joseph Civiletti, Jr., and Catherine Civiletti.

Marianne's presence illuminated the lives of everyone she met with her radiant joy. An extraordinary baker, she shared her delectable cookies generously, bringing smiles to all. Her fondest moments revolved around cherished family vacations from Ocean City in her early years to more recent trips to Florida and annual visits to the New York State Fair. Finding solace in her beloved TV shows, "The Price is Right" and "American Idol," Marianne drew comfort and joy from the simple pleasures of life. Throughout all of life's trials, Dominic "Dommy" Cannella stood as her unwavering rock and soulmate for the past 12 years.

Marianne is survived by her children, Joseph (Felicia Walker), James and John Civiletti; her brothers Joseph and Gary Civiletti, and her sister Joanne Civiletti. A devoted aunt she leaves behind Jeffrey (Amanda) Civiletti, Nicole (Adam) Warren, Anthony Civiletti. Great-nieces Guilianna Douglas and Analia Civiletti as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A remarkable good friend, Anna Flood including extended Florida family. She will be missed by her beloved support canine Chimo.
All will forever remember the love and joy she brought into their lives. Marianne's warmth, generosity, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at The Parish of Holy Family, 4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester, NY 14606.
