Marisue Caupp

July 11, 1931 — September 22, 2021

Passed away peacefully on September 22nd 2021 at age 90. Predeceased by granddaughter, Chelsea Rex; brother, Wayne Kring. She was the devoted wife of Richard Caupp for 68 years. Marisue was a loving mother and is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Ken) Rex of Rochester, Cindy (Mike) Fields of Bucyrus, OH. and Janet (Brandon) McKnight of Fulton, NY. She is also survived by grandchildren, Eric (Claire) Rex, Heather McKnight, Andrea (Chris) LaFollette, Bridget McKnight, Jordan Fields and great granddaughter, Evelyn Rex; sister, Myra Pickell; 7 nieces & 6 nephews.

Marisue was a skilled seamstress who enjoyed making clothes for her girls. She was also a supreme baker whose pies were in high demand at the annual church auctions. Marisue and her husband Richard were charter members of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and faithfully served there for over 60 years. She was a dedicated member of the Chancel Choir, United Marriage Encounter and various church organizations. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, September 29th at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 4115 Dewey Ave., Rochester, NY 14616.
