She is survived by her husband of 70 years Gerard "Jerry" Schmidt; children, Barbara Brown and John (Sue) Schmidt; grandchildren, Steven Halter, Jon Schmidt, Kyle (Alexandra) Schmidt, Amy Schmidt, Rachael Rodvik and Melissa (Omar) Reaves; 8 great-grandchildren including a special bond with Joshua; brother, Ronnie (Sharon) Schmeer; special niece Carol along with many other nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
