Chili-Mark Charles Friday, 62, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019.
Predeceased by father, Albert, brother, Ron Curran, and sisters-in-law, Kathy Friday and Cathy Friday.
Survived by his mother, Virginia Friday, his special sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Tom Galen, both of whom opened their hearts and home to Mark, providing him with love, safety, and security.
He also leaves sisters Patty (Terry Bowman) Johns and Mary Ann (Ron) Rasberry, brothers, Bill, Steve (Cindy), Alan (Cindy), and Paul (Fran) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Aunt Joyce.
Mark was such a kind and caring soul who in spite of his deafness and serious health issues with diabetes and end stage renal disease, always had a sweet smile, never complaining about his hardships. He will be deeply missed.
The family would like to express their appreciation to all Mark's interpreters at Midnight Kommunications with special thanks to Bonnie and Kristi.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626, on Monday, June 3, 2019 from 4:30pm-7:30pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery, Gates, NY.
Donations may be made in Mark's name to Lollypop Farms, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450, or to UR Deaf Wellness Center (DWC), 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
