GREECE/WALWORTH- Martha R. Shultz, 87, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 surrounded by the love of her family.
Marty was born in Erin, TN to the late Isaac and Laura Baggett on August 10, 1934. On March 8, 1958 she married the love of her life, Donald R. Shultz. They were married for 46 years and together they raised two children. She worked at Sears in Greece for over 30 years. She will be remembered for her love of bingo, bowling, playing cards, and her sense of humor. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and she held the record for the longest member to never have attended a meeting. Her passion in life was her family.
She is predeceased by her husband, Donald, and her siblings.
She is survived by her children, Don (Renee) Shultz, and Laura ( Larry) Welker, her grandchildren, Donald Shultz, Adam Welker, and Jacob Welker, her brother, Kenneth Baggett, her granddog, Kipper, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612, on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 10am.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Martha's name to the Rochester American Cancer Society, or Rochester's Autism Up.
