¶ White, Martin Fergus "Marty"
Irondequoit: Marty beloved husband, father, grandfather and pastor went home to heaven to be with his Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at age 53. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Beth Anne (Huber); son, Caleb Edwin (Becky); daughters, Trisha Anne (Joshua) Griffin, Holly Jo, and Emily Elizabeth (Ganzorig) Usukhbayar; grandchildren, Christian Fergus, Joshua Martin and Calvin Edwin White, Russell Martin, Aaron Joshua and David Jeremiah Griffin, Heather Grace and Madeline Elizabeth White; mother, Pauline; sister, Elizabeth M. Appleton; brothers, Jack (Michelle), Mike and Chris; nephews, Tim and Andrew; nieces, Lindsey and Donna; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Ed Huber.
Heartfelt thanks for the compassion, dignity and respect given to my husband these past 2 months by the wonderful medical staff at RGH ICU, CT-ICU and 5200 unit. Special thanks to the professional staff at St. Ann's Hospice and Palliative Care for their gift as ministering angels to Marty and myself. I would like to express how blessed I was on this journey by the love and sensitivity expressed toward us by our daughter-in-law and sons-in-law.
A Memorial Celebration of Martin's life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009 at 1 PM at Browncroft Community Church, 2530 Browncroft Blvd. In lieu of flowers please honor Marty by sending donations to Central Asian Baptist Outreach, 1049 North Winton Rd., Rochester, NY 14609.
