Avon: Saturday, May 3, 2008, at age 74. Predeceased by husband, Jack Landers; siblings, Joan Johnson & John Sweeney. She is survived by her children, Kathleen (Charles) Landers-Appell, Daniel (Suzanne Jarreau) Landers & Patrick (Laura) Landers of TX; grandchildren, Christopher Latoski, Caitlin Appell, Lynda (Dominic) Bontempo, Michael Jarreau, Violet & Collete Jarreau-Landers, Katie Landers; great-grand-children, Isaac Latoski & Lillian Rose Bontempo; brothers, Frank (Sarah) Sweeney and Bob (Kathy) Sweeney of OH; sister, Rosemary (Tom) Geen; sister-in-law, Mary Sweeney; brother-in-law, Larry Landers of FL; several nieces & nephews. She was a lifelong member of St. Agnes Rosary Society.
The family would like to extend a very special "thank you" to the staff at the NYS Veteran's Home for their kindness and loving care given to Mary Anne.
Family and friends may call Tuesday, May 6th, 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 AM at St. Agnes Church, 108 Prospect St., Avon. Interment in St. Agnes Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the NYS Veteran's Home, 220 Richmond Ave., Batavia, NY 14020 in Mary Anne's memory.
