Predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Joseph N. Butera who recently passed April 19, 2024. Parents, Donald and Josephine Felter. Sister, Donna Piano. Brother-in-law, Michael Piano.
Survived by her children, Josette (Joseph) Taylor, Traci Butera, James Butera and her grand-daughter, Juliana who was the light of her life; sister-in-law, Judy Felter; many nieces, nephews, & close friends who were chosen family, and her brother Don Felter.
Mary was well-known and respected within the Rochester community during her long career in school transportation. Her career began in 1974 with Golden Arrow and continued until retiring from Monroe BOCES #1 Fairport in 2019.
No prior calling hours.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
