Mary Louise "Mickey" passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Parent and granddaughter Danielle Garcia.
She is survived by her children Karen (Mike Edwards) Rothenburgh, Walter Parent, Rosemary (Steve) Sadwick; grandchildren, Michelle, Rosie (Brian), Jessica (William), Emily (Jason), Jonathan (Danielle), Matthew (Rachel), Krystalyn,Tyler and Katriel; 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Mickey will be greatly missed by Mr. Wiggles, her beloved yorkiepoo.
A special thank you to the 4300 unit of Rochester Regional Health at Unity and the Hildebrandt Hospice Center for the wonderful care she and her family received.
No prior calling hours.
On Monday morning February 27, 2023, at 11 am friends may meet at The Parish of the Holy Family, 4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester, NY 14606 for Mickey's mass of Christian Burial. Interment Holy Ghost Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Dementia Society of America, Alzheimer's Association or an animal rescue of your choice.
