Peacefully at home on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005, at age 72. Predeceased by her father, William T. Lutz. Survived by her son, Daniel C. (Patricia) Pratt of Michigan; daughter, Lisa (Charles P.) Neary Jr.; grandchildren, Vincent, Sarah, Lydia, Rutheanne, Elizabeth and Christine Pratt, Jonathan, Steven and Bryan Neary; and several cousins.
There will be no prior calling hours. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday September 29, 9AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave. Inurnment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Memorial contributions in Connie's name may be directed to Lifetime Care Hospice of Rochester, 70 Metro Park, Rochester, NY 14623.
