Marybeth Carey

November 17, 1952 — January 31, 2021

GREECE - Passed away on Sunday, January 31st 2021 at age 68. Predeceased by her parents, John & Shirley Gorall; brother, Mike Gorall; sister, Ann Marie Gorall. Survived by daughter, Jennifer (Barry Moore Jr.) Carey; grandchildren, Barry III, Marie, Jemma; nieces, Holly McGowan & Kelly Gorall; nephew, David Gorall; along with many friends.

MaryBeth was a very caring, loving, compassionate person who would bend over backwards for anybody. She was a wonderful mother, a special grandmother and a best friend. She loved doing needlepoint, puzzle books and reading. Her go to TV channel was Hallmark, especially their movies. She was an avid Tony Stewart and wrestling fan. Her celebrity crush was Clark Gable. She was a hard worker. She worked for Greece Central School District before going to work at the post office until she had to retire after almost 25 years. But her favorite title of all was grandmother as she was blessed with 3 grandchildren; Barry III (her little buddy), Jemma (her little gem) and Marie (her little angel). She loved to spoil and hold them and love them. Her love and caring touch will be missed by so many. Please donate in her honor to School of The Holy Childhood or any animal rescue group
