Michaell Michaud, affectionately known as CJ, was born on July 29, 1989, and departed from this world on December 1, 2024. A proud graduate of East High School in Rochester, New York, Michaell was not only an academic achiever but also deeply engaged in extracurricular activities, participating in the Theater Tech Program and the Asian Anime Club.

Michaell was a person who left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Described as unforgettable, he possessed a unique kindness that often led him to go out of his way to help others, even when facing his own challenges. Michaell embraced diversity with open arms, accepting individuals of all religions and cultures without hesitation. His personality was characterized by warmth and inclusivity, making him a beloved figure to many.

He had varied interests that included gaming, solving problems, and debating statistics, each reflecting his analytical and inquisitive mind. Michaell cherished the time he spent reading to his daughter, instilling in her a love for learning and creativity. His role as a father to his daughter, Lorigaine Luna, stood as his proudest accomplishment, alongside his unwavering love for his wife, Lee Ann Michaud, whom he regarded as his first, last, and only love.

Michaell is survived by his devoted wife, Lee Ann; his cherished daughter, Lorigaine; his mother-in-law, Donna (Dale) Fellows; sister-in-law, Kristen Fellows; uncle-in-law, Robert Haynes; his mother, Michelle (Kenneth) Nolan; brother, Jonathan; sister, Kameron; his foster brothers, Trevor and Marcus; his grandmothers, Caroline Michaud and Margaret Nolan; his uncle, James (Karen) Nolan; his cousins, Nicholas, Patrick, and Matthew; great-uncle, Raymond Nolan; and many other aunts and cousins who will all miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald J. Nolan; his uncle, Pat (Marilyn) Feenaughty; his cousins, Eric and Aimee Feenaughty; and his aunt, Deborah Haynes. Michaell's memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and he will forever remain in our hearts.

Family will inform loved ones of information for a "Celebration of Life" service when a date has been set.

In lieu of flowers, Michaell's family has asked that you write a letter to his daughter that shares a special memory or favorite thing about Michaell so they can be added to a scrapbook for her to help remember him by. Letters can be sent to New Comer Funeral Home at 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Rochester, NY 14626 care of The Michaud Family.
