Rochester:
Passed away on April 2, 2023 at the age of 31. Diggie is survived by his parents, Katayi W. Mbaya, Grace S. Katayi and Nana L. Ekanga; son, Clark A. McGrath; siblings, Belda T. Katayi-Ngoy, Mimmie H. Katayi, Faith T. Katayi, Eunice Katayi and Sean A. Nathan; nieces, Grace M. Givens and Amari A. Katayi; uncles, Dikolela Mbaya, Robert Kabongo and many more; grandma, along with many cousins and aunts.
Diggie was born July 8, 1991 in Congo. His favorite football team was Buffalo Bills, he loved listening to music, writing poems and songs, going to the gym and working out. He absolutely loved and adored his family and friends. Diggie was very dependable and was always willing to lend out a helping hand. He had the purest heart with a laugh and a smile that was so comforting and inviting to the point where he left a lasting impression on your heart. All he ever wanted in life was to make everyone proud of him, and he has exceeded that goal.
Your destiny is sealed when you were born on this earth, Why lose hope? God is there for you and may God give you an easy and pleasant journey and shower blessings upon your grave. Surely, we all belong to God and to Him we all shall return.
A graveside service will be held on Monday May 1st, 2023 at White Haven Memorial Park 210 Marsh Road Pittsford, NY 14534 meeting at the front gate at 11 am.
