Michele Lawrence

Passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 69. 

Predeceased by her, father, David Lawrence; mother, Jeanne DeCroce; daughter, Skye Dailor; sister, Lisa DeCroce.

She is survived by her son, Brann (Calina) Dailor; siblings, Beth (Mark) Rothdeiner, Kirsten (Jimmy) Lawrence, Mark (Sue) Lawrence & Lu (Michael) Feldman; uncle, Brian (Donna) Lawrence; cousin, Renee Difiore; step-mother, Jackie Lawrence; step-father, Richard DeCroce; many nieces, nephews & cousins. 

Michele with one L (very important!), lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed art, movies, and especially music. She spent most of her early adult years as a singer in a local Rochester rock band called Kaper. She was classically trained on piano and had an amazing singing voice. But nothing in this world was more important to her than her children, Brann and Skye. She took “proud mom” to a whole other dimension and even broke herself out of the hospital once to go see Brann play the drums. 

In her later years, despite many medical challenges, she was still able to go see live music, dance the night away, and was a true social butterfly. She was one of the most kind, thoughtful and giving humans, that always greeted you with a big smile on her face. Most people would tell you that she was the strongest person they knew, and the world is going to be a whole lot quieter without her in it. Her friends and family love her and are going to miss her dearly. 

Family will receive friends 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, February 20, 2025 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Funeral Ceremony will immediately follow at 12:00 pm.

Interment at Falls Cemetery (Ridge Road Cemetery), corner of Ridge Rd. & Latona Rd.
