Passed away on June 1st, 2023 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Davis, brothers, Samson, Lester and Norman Davis; sons, John Griffin and Jerry Griffin; Nephews, Willie, Fred and Joe Lightfoot. She is survived by her Children, Wilfred (Lynn) Griffin, Patricia (Gerald) Wilson, Melissa Griffin, Norman Griffin, Eva Griffin, Renee (Keith) Morgan and Richard (Sukondi) Willis; 16 grandchildren along with a host of many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Minnie retired from Kodak after working many years in the Medical Research Department as well as volunteering at Monroe Community Hospital as a Companion Aid and volunteered as a "Grandma" in the City School District, reading to the kindergarteners. Family will receive friends on Tuesday June 6th 2023 from 10AM - 12PM followed by a service at 12PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
