Passed away peacefully Monday, November 1, 2010 at age 67 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her loving husband, Morris Brown; sons, Steve (Pamela) Elliott, Robert (Genell) Taylor, Justin (Roxanne) Walker, David Walker; daughters, Melcazes (Lincoln) Robinson, Lucine E. (Robert) Brown; 23 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Thyra (Gladstone) Harris of Jamaica; 2 nieces, 2 nephews and a host of special friends. Mrs. Brown was a retiree of The Jewish Home after 20 years of service and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, November 11th from 5-9 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ, 16 Helena St., Rochester, NY 14605, (Pastor Bishop Allmon Bailey). Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 12th at 11 AM. Interment, Falls Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Pines of Peace Inc., Comfort Care Home for the Terminally Ill, 2378 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519.
