Survived by her mother, Margarita Martinez. Her husband, Tomas Ramos. Children, Ricardo Vazquez, Giselle Vazquez, Ivelyz Ciprian. Grandson, Isaiah Moore. Siblings, Loida, Eduardo, Eddie, Aneudi, Linette, Jesse, Joseph Vazquez. Many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

To have known Neida you would have known kindness. You would have known love. You would have learned acceptance. You would have known what daylight felt like at night. The woman who always smiled, always happy to have you apart of her life. A mother to many adopted at none. 

The family will receive friends from 11am - 1pm Sunday February 16, 2025 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. (next to Donut's Delight) corner of Culver Rd. Interment will be private.
