Rochester, NY: Nellie (Krasofski) Brazeal, died peacefully on Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Journey Home. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Earl H. Brazeal, Sr., her daughter Elaine (Brazeal) Fulton and husband Greg, granddaughters Nancy (Fulton) Stephanie and husband Scott, Debbie (Fulton) Walton and husband Rob, Wendy (Fulton) Raggio, all of the Rochester area and her son Earl H. Brazeal Jr. and wife Beverly, granddaughters Tracy (Brazeal) Yanouzas and husband Niko, Suzanne (Brazeal) Hearn and husband Bob, Dulcie (Vertefeuille) Vannais and husband Jason and grandson Jeremy Brazeal and wife Gina of Connecticut. Nell is also survived by eleven great granddaughters, seven great grandsons and her brother Frank Krasofski and his wife Mary. Nellie was born January 27, 1919 in Springfield, VT, the daughter of Charles and Stafia (Nadolski) Krasofski. She is predeceased by her parents, her sister Sophie and her brothers Stanley and Walter. Nellie was a avid golfer, a gifted artist, and an enthusiastic gardener. Nell and Earl lived in Delaware for many years, moving to the Rochester area two years ago to be closer to family. Over thirty years of annual summer reunion/vacations with Grandma at the Delaware shore will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for Sunday, January 27th at 2:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY (585) 453-9550. The family invites guests to join them afterwards at the Mill Landing Community house. Memorial donations may be made to Journey Home, Inc., 994 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626.
