(Cindy) Forest; grandchildren, Mark Forest of OH, Leigh Forest of OH., John Forest, Brian (Laurie) Forest and Laurie (Michael) Raymond; great-grandchildren, Andrew, twins Hunter and Seth.
No prior calling hours. Private Service and Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Breast Cancer Survivors, SIS, 180 Gebhardt Road, Suite 100, Penfield, NY 14526.
