Born 1927 in the province of Palermo Cerda, Sicily Italy. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Nunzia; siblings, Frank, Maria, Dominic, Josie, Fanny, Chiaramonte and Carlo. He is Survived by his loving wife Felicia of 67 years; son, Frank along with many other relatives. Noe Began Barbering at the age of 10. Emigrated in 1955 with his wife and became the typical hard working Immigrant contributing to our society. For 6 decades He was a barber in the Rochester area. Florida and Italy were vacation favorites, Singing, Playing the accordion and guitar were Favorite pass times. Noe Excelled as a father and was a dedicated husband. A real family man.
