Penfield: Age 95, on Wednesday, November 28, 2007. Predeceased in 2003 by his beloved wife of almost 69 years, Norma. Survived by his children, Norma Jean (Robert) Hildreth, William (Lois) Griffith of Columbus, IN.; 7 grandchildren, Mike (Beth), Doug (Kathi), Andy (Michele), Jody (Kelly) Hildreth, Peter (Melissa) Griffith, Julie Ledbetter, Karen (Jamie) Kreider; 16 great-grandchildren, Justin, Taryn, Emma, Brianna, Jordan, Tessa and Aubrey Hildreth, Noah, Jacob and Sarah Griffith, Jessica, Jacob and Luke Campbell, Sarah, Dakota and Caleb Ledbetter; brother, Vinton Griffith of Somerset, PA.
The family would like to thank the South Building 6th floor staff of St. John's Home for the loving care they gave Buck.
No prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service, Saturday, December 1st at 10 AM at the New Comer Family Funeral HOme, 6 Empire Blvd. Private Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John's Home, 150 Highland Avenue, Rochester, New York 14620 in his memory.
