Survived by her loving Husband; Joseph R. Giudice, Son; Kyle Campagna.
Daughters; Tracy (Michael) Campagna, Kendra (Geoffrey) Capell.
Granddaughters; Kayla and Maddison. Twin Sister; Patricia Fuller, Sister Sharon (Timothy) Bolby.
Brother; Robert (Celina) Affolter. Many nieces and nephews, dear friends and her dog, Sadie.
Pam was a wonderful loving Wife to Joe for over 23 years, a loving Mother, Grandmother and friend to all.
Pam had a heart of gold to all that knew her, she was very generous and active in participating in the Children's Miracle Network. She was influential in helping other children in the Children's Miracle Network due to her son Kyle.
Pam saw the good in people, she will be missed by so many that she touched in her life.
No prior calling hours.
Pam's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am Saturday February 23, 2019 at St. Lawrence Church
1000 North Greece Rd., Rochester, NY 14626. Interment will be private.
